Key performance objective

To develop the performance psychology of young players at the club so they maximise sporting performance and their chances of succeeding in the profession.

We have been working alongside the academy manager for six years aiding the development of the players by teaching the fundamentals of a success based psychology. Key areas worked on are the importance of the following… focus, personal responsibility, psychological clarity, goal setting and emotional self-management.
